Machine Shop

At Uplands Engineering, our expansive machine shop is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery capable of bringing to life any project, regardless of its size. We boast an extensive inventory of bar and tube materials, including high-quality brass, stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum, to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

We have a brand new CNC machine and various machines including:

  • x 1 vertical milling machine with 2 meter bed

  • x 2 vertical bridgeport milling machine with 1 meter bed
  • x 1 horizontal milling machine with 1 meter bed
  • x 1 LANG lathe with 94mm spindle bore – 4 meter bed

  • x 2 Colchester mascot lathe. 78 mm spindle bore. 2 meter bed.

  • x 1 key slotter with 2 ft throat

  • x 1 5 ton hydraulic press

  • x 1 4 ft reach radial arm drill up to 60mm drill size.
